By creating an account or using Court Match, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• You must be able to enter into a binding agreement to use Court Match.

Court Match connects players with independent court owners. We are not the owner or operator of any venue. The booking is an agreement between the player and the venue; the venue is responsible for its courts, schedule, and the play experience.

• Players send booking requests for specific courts, dates, and hours.
• Payment is made directly to the venue’s GCash account, and the player uploads proof of payment.
• A booking is only confirmed once the venue verifies the payment. Court Match does not hold or process these funds.
• Prices for court time are set by each venue.

Because payments are made directly to venues, any cancellation or refund for a court booking is handled between the player and the venue according to the venue’s policy. Court Match is not a party to those payments.

• Court owners pay a subscription to list on Court Match, billed for the duration they choose (for example, 1, 3, 6, or 12 months).
• The subscription is a platform fee only — Court Match does not take a commission on your court fees.
• A listing becomes active once the subscription payment is approved, and remains visible while the subscription is current.
• Plan features and pricing may change; changes will not affect an already-approved billing period.

Venues may host open-play events with online registration. Event fees, rules, and matchmaking are set and managed by the hosting venue.

Players may leave reviews of venues they have played at. Reviews must be honest and respectful. You are responsible for the content you post, and we may remove content that is abusive, misleading, or unlawful.

• Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or access it in unauthorized ways.
• Do not upload false payment proofs or impersonate others.
• Do not use Court Match for any unlawful purpose.

The service is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep listings accurate and the platform available, but we do not guarantee that venues, courts, or availability information are error-free, or that the service will be uninterrupted.

To the extent permitted by law, Court Match is not liable for the conduct of any venue or player, for the condition or availability of any court, or for any dispute over payments made directly between a player and a venue.

You may stop using Court Match at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Court Match after an update means you accept the revised terms.
